MJR Realty Properties was founded in 2005 with the objective of building wealth thru real estate investment properties . We currently invest in the states of NJ and NY.
Our main focus is multifamily properties. We often buy distress properties, rehab them and then rent them out for several years before we sell them for a profit.
We believe that cashflow is king and that purchasing high income producing properies helps us make money no matter what the conditions are with the real estate market.
