MJR Realty Properties LLC is a small real estate investment company that invests in multifamily properties. We are trying to raise more capital to purchase more properties. In order to do so we are offering the chance for investors to invest with us and earn 10% a year. We have 2 investment options for our investors. Each investment option earn 10% in simple interest every year during the life of the investment. The payments would be done every four months. For example a $5000 investment would earn $500 a year. Furthermore you can use your IRA account to fund your investment with us so that your earnings are tax differed. We use the Entrust Group, a well known self-directed IRA custodian to act on your behalf if you choose to use your IRA account. Option 1 equity ownership in the properties our company buys. In essence we sell you a share at $ 5000 a share. This option is for small investors who want to get the benefits of investing in real estate but who want only to invest a small amount of their capital. You will get the tax advantages of a property owner and get a small equity ownership in both our company and the property our company buys. Therefore the your equity increases with each property purchased. The investment term for this option is a minimum of 3 years.

Option 2 is for the investor who has more capital to invest. This option secures their investment with a promissory note. The investor would then act as a private lender (bond holder) to our company. The investor would not have any equity in our company or the properties we buy. Your principle would however would be guaranteed and returned to you at end of the loan term. The term for this investment is a minimum of 2 years.
